Familiarity with larger ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, FCCS) and Excel proficiency. Effective verbal and written communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and teamwork. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3+ years in accounting. Public accounting experience.
Our leading client in Irvine is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant. You will be responsible for revenue, consolidations and reporting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $105,000 per year.
Job Description :
- Review customer contracts and billings to ensure revenue recognition aligns with US GAAP.
- Perform account reconciliation, compute revenue / deferred revenue, estimate royalty accruals, and analyze revenue trends.
- Engage with external auditors to gather relevant support and ensure internal control compliance.
- Implement enhancements to drive accuracy and efficiency within the department.
