A custom design and machine manufacturing company located in Westerville, OH is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. The company specializes in providing high-quality machinery to the food and dairy industry, focusing on packing and filling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to a team of twelve engineers and designers.
• Set team goals and offer technical and design leadership.
• Manage budgeting and scheduling tasks.
• Facilitate employee training and development.
• Communicate effectively with Sales and Manufacturing departments.
• Develop department infrastructure and standards.
• Oversee the production of outstanding technical documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00 / yr.
