The strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager will lead our customer acquisition efforts and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will oversee the marketing mix to maximize ROI drive high-quality lead volume and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate is an expert in digital marketing data strategy and analytics with a proven track record of leveraging tools and predictive models to inform spend decisions and improve campaign performance.

What Youll Do

• Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition across corporate and property websites ensuring sufficient lead volume to meet business goals.
• Marketing Mix Optimization : Manage and optimize marketing spend across paid media channels including PPC programmatic display social ads geofencing re-marketing SEO and GEO to achieve maximum ROI.
• Website Management : Oversee corporate and property websites ensuring optimal user experience performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Syndication & Lead Tracking : Manage lead syndication processes and implement robust lead tracking systems to monitor performance and attribution.
• Digital Marketing Leadership : Lead paid media and digital marketing efforts within the Google Ads ecosystem including campaign setup optimization and performance analysis.
• Data Strategy & Analytics : Develop and execute a data strategy leveraging tools like Google Analytics 4 Fullstory and predictive analytics to optimize campaigns enhance website performance and inform marketing spend decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Consultation : Work closely with operations revenue and innovation teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure results.
• Reporting & Insights : Provide regular reports on campaign performance lead quality and ROI using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Marketing Ticket resolution Provide troubleshooting as needed.
