Responsibilities

The Impact Youll Make

As a Litigation Paralegal supporting our attorneys and senior paralegals youll be on the front lines of healthcare litigation and risk management. This isnt just a records job; its a critical role where youll ensure our legal operations are seamless compliant and supportive of our core mission.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Mastering the Litigation Lifecycle : Assisting with all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigations to complex discovery matters.
• Critical Coordination : Serving as the essential link between our legal team external counsel and crucial internal departments (Risk Management Compliance HR) to ensure effective case management.
• Information Governance : Efficiently managing medical records requests for company facilities and responding to inquiries from outside agencies.
• Risk Oversight : Playing a key role in maintaining the Risk Management scorecard and assisting with other corporate legal matters like contracts and insurance renewals.
• Embracing Growth : Flexibly expanding your responsibilities as our company continues to grow.
