Program Associate

Job Description

Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements checked below :

• Answers a high volume of calls, takes messages and relays information as appropriate
• Complies with all Agency and Program polices, and applicable laws related to confidentiality
• Confirms appointments by contacting the clients in advance as assigned
• Greets all clients and visitors with a professional and warm tone
• Provides receipts for all money order transactions; Balances receipt book daily; Provides a monthly report on all money order transactions; Prepares check requests
• Schedules and arranges meeting space
• Assists the Program Director in completing quarterly reports and other tasks as assigned
• Prepares correspondence as assigned; Ensures the daily distribution of client satisfaction surveys and gathers completed surveys
• Orders office supplies
• Maintains an organized work environment

Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling, or standing multiple times a day

Push and pull objects up to pounds

X Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time

X Lift up to 10 pounds

Relevant Education

Preferred : Bachelor's Degree
