The Opportunity

Contract Type : Permanent (2-Year Agreement)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No nights, no weekends, no call)
Location : Kyle, TX
Start Date : Immediate – relocation assistance available
Practice Type : Integrative Primary Care + Wellness

Position Responsibilities

Provide primary care and wellness services for a diverse adult patient population

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized, patient-led care plans

Conduct advanced diagnostic evaluations and integrate holistic treatment modalities

Educate patients on preventative care, lifestyle medicine, and chronic disease management

Uphold clinic values through empathetic communication and transparency

Candidate Requirements

Education : Master’s Degree in Nursing with NP Certification (FNP preferred)

Licensure : Active Texas APRN License + Unrestricted DEA

Experience : Minimum 2 years in primary care or integrative medicine preferred (new grads with strong fit considered)

Mindset : Passion for whole-person care, patient empowerment, and innovative medicine

Skills : Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and ability to build lasting patient relationships
