Senior Communications Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to support service member wellbeing and provide project and communications support to the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO).

Key Responsibilities

Strategize, analyze, develop, and execute written / visual communication content related to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention

Design creative messaging products and campaigns to promote suicide prevention efforts and increase audience / user adoption of tools / resources

Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related technical field and 7+ years of directly related experience

10+ years total work experience

7+ years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or marketing

Expertise in designing campaign plans in public health or a related topic

Previous or active Public Trust or security clearance is required
