The role you'll contribute : The Radiological Technologist performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner (Radiologist / Surgeon). Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedure(s). The value you'll bring to the team : Maintains all the essential job functions of the Diagnostic Technologist. + Rotates on-call status. + Performs radiographic / imaging procedures. + Assists licensed practitioner with fluoroscopic and specialized Interventional radiography procedures. + Verifies informed consent for and assists a licensed practitioner with Interventional procedures. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed Associate or Graduate of a Technical School Required + ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required + BCLS - Basic Life Support obtained through the American Heart Association Required + Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) Upon Hire Required This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
