Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated  Central Supply Coordinator  to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The Sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include :

Maintain a budget control over the nursing spend

Ensure accuracy with classifying GLs on orders

Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers

Perform all duties regarding the sourcing of goods for clients

Compare data provided by multiple vendors to determine best proposal

Working with contract team as needed for contract related procurement issues

Managing daily que of sourcing requests from direct email and task management workflow

Ensuring timely completion of requests

Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
