Technology Operations & Systems Lead

We are looking for a skilled Technology Operations & Systems Lead to join our dynamic team and lead our technology initiatives.

The Technology Operations & Systems Lead will oversee the organization’s IT operations, including software implementation, system management, hardware management, and process development. This role requires a strong technical background in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, MS Access, Excel, SharePoint, Office 365, and other current programming languages, along with expertise in hardware and lifecycle management. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Software Implementation : Lead the deployment and integration of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with company objectives.
• System and Hardware Management : Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Active Directory, and hardware components.
• Development and Maintenance : Write and maintain code in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML to support application functionality and data management. Utilize MS Access and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• SharePoint and Office 365 Management : Oversee the administration and customization of SharePoint and Office 365 to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.
• Lifecycle Management : Develop and implement strategies for hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT assets.
• Process Development : Design and document IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Team Leadership : Supervise the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
• Communication : Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and translate these into actionable IT strategies.
• Project Management : Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Security Oversight : Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
