Education : Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or a related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred. Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a health care or hospice setting required, with experience in family counseling related to loss, grief, death, and dying. Required : Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs. Compensation is based on experience and location.
