The Successful Applicant

Experience : 5+ years managing high-end residential or luxury custom home projects, ideally $1M+ budgets.

Technical Expertise : Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control; proficient with construction software (Buildertrend, MS Project).

Luxury Focus : Deep understanding of premium finishes, bespoke details, and client expectations for high-end homes.

Leadership : Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams effectively.

Client-Facing Skills : Exceptional communication and relationship management for affluent clientele.

Compliance Knowledge : Familiar with building codes, permitting, and safety standards.

Education & Certifications : Degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP or LEED preferred.

Soft Skills : Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem solver with strong time management.
