Reports To : Director of Midea brands | Travel Requirement : Up to 50%

About the Role

Famous is seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Tech Support Specialist to represent our Midea ductless solutions across the Ohio market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating dealers, building strong partnerships, and collaborating with the sales team to grow brand awareness and market share.

As the face of Midea ductless you will work closely with distributors, contractors, and dealers — leading training sessions, providing technical expertise, and helping partners succeed with Midea products. Your efforts will play a key role in establishing Midea as the preferred HVAC ductless solution across the Ohio Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate & Train – Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training to dealers, contractors, and distributor teams.
• Relationship Building – Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key customers and partners through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Collaborate with Sales – Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Support in the Field – Assist contractors with system selections, jobsite consultations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Brand Growth – Promote Midea products, increase market share, and help build Midea’s reputation as a leading HVAC brand.
• Performance Focus – Support the team in meeting and exceeding growth targets.
