Shift Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Coda Clean, LLC in SHERMAN, TX. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services. Your main objective will be to ensure that our clients receive high-quality services that meet their expectations. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of cleaners, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Driver license (clean record)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cleaning industry
• Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (PLUS)
• Willing to work Sunday-Tuesday (6pm-6am), Wednesday (6pm-12am)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standards
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and employee performance

Skills:

As a Supervisor, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. You will also need strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that cleaning schedules are met and supplies are ordered in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using various cleaning equipment and chemicals, and have a good understanding of safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Finally, being bilingual in English and Spanish would be an asset in communicating with our diverse client base.
