A company is looking for a Counsel, Commercial Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements
Provide legal advice on contract interpretation and commercial risks to various teams
Develop and implement standardized contract templates and negotiation guidelines
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer
3+ years of experience in commercial contracting and transactional law
JD, LLM, or equivalent degree
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law
Proven ability to manage a large pipeline of agreements efficiently
