Construction Safety Manager

  • ? Location : Blythewood, SC | ?️ Full-Time : Project through the end of July2026 | ?️ Commercial Construction

Compensation : $$45-56 / hour (all in rate included)

We’re seeking a Construction Safety Manager with at least 3 years of on-site safety experience supporting commercial projects for a general contractor. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and proactive jobsite environment across all phases of construction.

  • ? Responsibilities :
  • Oversee and enforce site-specific safety programs and OSHA compliance
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Lead safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
  • ? Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of construction safety experience (commercial GC experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 Certification required; CHST or other safety credentials a plus
