About the Role

Applicants for the Head of School position at the company must have a minimum of a Specialist's degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent professional experience, a valid GaPSC Educational Leadership Tier II certification or the qualifications to become certified in Georgia, and a minimum of five years of successful leadership experience in an educational setting. The role requires a leader who can effectively communicate, build positive relationships, and is dedicated to data-informed decision-making for instructional and organizational improvement. The Head of School will also be responsible for fostering a professional, collegial culture, managing conflict, and supporting the growth of staff through differentiated professional development. Strong, collaborative relationships with families and the community, as well as strategic management of budgets and school operations, are essential aspects of the position.
