A company is looking for a Citrix VDI - Information Systems Architect to join a high-performing technical team responsible for the design, support, and management of a Secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Key Responsibilities :

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Citrix / XenApp environments

Monitor VDI platforms and maintain support for VDI End-User Sessions

Manage and support Citrix / VMware virtual infrastructure and ensure system stability and security

Required Qualifications :

5+ years supporting large-scale Citrix VDI and Windows enterprise environments

Expertise with Citrix XenDesktop, XenServer, XenApp, and VMware administration

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory

Familiarity with VDI monitoring, patching, and maintenance

Experience training technical staff and collaborating cross-functionally
