As a Legacy Food Hall Bartender, you will create a memorable guest experience by focusing on quality, speed, and personality. Your responsibilities include preparing cocktails, serving beer and wine, and adding your touch to Legacy's lively atmosphere. Whether mixing a signature drink or pouring a guest’s favorite local brew, your goal is to make each interaction special.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet guests warmly and provide genuine, engaging hospitality.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Legacy Food Hall recipes and standards.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guests meet age requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout your shift.
- Accurately process transactions through the POS system.
- Participate in continuous training on cocktail builds, brand standards, and guest experience.
- Support large-scale events, concerts, and private functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
- Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about the guest experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Must maintain a current Food Handler’s and TABC Alcohol Server certification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
