Senior Director of Accounting

A company is looking for a Senior Director Accounting & Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Serve as the NetSuite functional owner, managing reporting structures, workflows, and integrations

Ensure compliance with Federal and State level tax and insurance requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (master's preferred)

Proficiency in NetSuite required, with demonstrated experience in reporting and system optimization

7+ years' financial management experience at quickly growing small-midsized startups

Excellent financial and accounting acumen

Proven experience in financial forecasting
