Job Title : Data Architect

Location : Worcester, MA  (Remote)

Duration : 6 Months (Tentative)

Job Overview :

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking Cyber Data Architect for an exciting job in Worcester, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ETL activities for migrating data from legacy systems into Workday
  • Coordinate with system owners to extract data and perform mapping with SMEs and functional leads
  • Conduct data validation (pre- and post-migration) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create and maintain clear ETL and validation processes; document lessons learned
  • Analyze datasets for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with business rules
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Audit data files, prepare reports, and track corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with data security and protection standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Proven experience with Workday HCM / Payroll (certification preferred)
  • Strong background in ETL processes and data migration projects
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience conducting data audits and preparing validation reports
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to data governance best practices
