Job Title : Senior Product Owner Data Platforms & Cloud Transformation

Location : Minneapolis Minn Hybrid must be on site 3 days a week

Must Have Experience :

1. Experience as Product Owner in Healthcare environment who has created Product Vision for Data Platform on Microsoft Azure cloud migration

2. Experience as Product Owner with Data Platforms & Cloud Transformation

3. Experience Working with Executives / Teams creating the product Vision and implementing that Vision from end to end.

4. Experience with Snowflake & Databricks (Must Have)

5. Experience in Leading the design and delivery of scalable ETL pipelines and enterprise grade data warehouses

6. Have worked in Healthcare environment

Role Overview : We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with deep expertise in enterprise data platforms ETL processes and cloud migration-particularly on Microsoft Azure. This role demands strategic thinking technical fluency and strong stakeholder management to drive data modernization initiatives across the organization. Key

Responsibilities : Product Leadership & Strategy

Define and evolve the product vision for data warehousing and cloud-based analytics platforms.

Own the product roadmap and backlog aligning with business goals and technology strategy.

Champion data-driven decision-making across business units. ETL & Data Warehousing

Lead the design and delivery of scalable ETL pipelines and enterprise-grade data warehouses.

Ensure high standards of data quality lineage and governance.

Collaborate with data architects to optimize performance and cost-efficiency. Azure Cloud Migration

Spearhead the migration of legacy data systems to Azure cloud services.

Leverage Azure Data Factory Synapse Analytics and other native tools to build cloud-native solutions.

Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory standards during migration.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the bridge between business engineering and operations teams.

Facilitate workshops demos and sprint reviews to ensure transparency and alignment.

Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Agile Delivery & Team Enablement

Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Mentor junior product owners and contribute to product management best practices.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate delivery and innovation.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Data Engineering or related field.

15 years of experience in data platforms including ETL warehousing and cloud migration.

Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise environments.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud services (ADF Synapse Data Lake etc.).

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications :

Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Data Engineer Azure Solutions Architect).

Experience in regulated industries (e.g. BFSI Healthcare).

Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA GDPR).

Exposure to modern data stack tools (e.g. Databricks Snowflake Power BI).
