A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS / Tele nurse for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact). Submissions cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months / one year as a permanent staff employee and does not have a currently active position at an acute care hospital or hospital system in Arizona (meaning even staff PRN). This position could float to sister facility in Mesa & is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts.
