Job Description

Review and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding balances. Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and establish payment arrangements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and account reconciliation. Generate and analyze reports to track collection activities and financial performance. Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and payment agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Collections Specialist should have : Experience in accounts receivable or collections, ideally within the professional services industry. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Problem-solving skills to address payment discrepancies and improve processes.
