We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Develop and manage requirements, risk, and opportunity tracking processes.

• Analyze large datasets and generate insights using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Access.

• Support scheduling and reporting using Microsoft tools.

• Resolve cross-functional technical and data-related issues.

• Monitor and improve processes related to requirements management and technology readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field required.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience in data management and analysis.

• Background in automation or similar industry.

• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Access, and Microsoft tools.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
