What Youll Lead

Team Leadership & Coaching : Develop mentor and inspire a team of Advisory / Sr. Advisory Solution Consultants; elevate technical depth storytelling and execution.

Strategic Direction : Shape presales strategy across App Engine Data Fabric and AI ensuring consistency top-tier customer experience and strong deal execution.

Customer Impact : Guide teams through discovery solution architecture and value articulation for complex enterprise opportunities.

Cross-Functional Partnership : Align closely with Sales Product Engineering and Delivery to drive pipeline health forecast accuracy and customer success.

Operational Excellence : Manage resourcing prioritization enablement and productivity; champion best practices and scalable assets.

Thought Leadership : Represent the organization in executive briefings workshops enablement sessions and strategic customer conversations.

Innovation Mindset : Foster continuous learning across low-code data integration AI automation and platform architecture trends.

Qualifications : What You Bring

35 years leading presales / technical teams; proven track record coaching and developing talent.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture low-code development data integration and AI-driven workflows.

Executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity for C-suite audiences.

Ability to influence across functions drive clarity and create alignment in fast-moving environments.
