Lead Control Systems Engineer

Location : Unit Process Company (a division of Bray Sales, Inc.) in Everett, Washington.

Shift : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, onsite 5 days a week.

Compensation : Base Salary Range of $95K - $110K with Quarterly Sales Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Control Systems Engineer to guide the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of industrial control systems—including heat tracing, pump control, and valve automation. In this senior-level role, you will provide technical leadership, oversee complex projects, and mentor a team of engineers. You will ensure every solution meets client needs, industry standards, and the high level of quality we’re known for.
