Implementation Project Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring an Implementation Project Manager for a fast-growing SaaS organization in Chicago. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an Implementation Project Manager who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys managing complex onboarding projects and wants to make a direct impact on customer success. If you're organized, proactive and confident leading cross-functional teams, this Implementation Project Manager role is for you.

What's the job?

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scope and resource allocation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation
  • Manage internal teams including developers, solution architects and trainers
  • Track milestones, risks, budgets and deliverables
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing and successful project closure
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and best practices

What's needed?

  • 2+ years of experience as an Implementation Project Manager or Project Manager
  • Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based implementations
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Salesforce, TaskRay or similar)
  • Ability to work hybrid in Chicago (1 day onsite per week)
