Your Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing tailored ABA therapy plans.
• Supervising RBTs and fieldwork students to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical services.
• Guiding parents and caregivers in skill development.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech, occupational, and mental health specialists.
• Tracking progress, writing treatment plans, and adjusting interventions based on data.
• Participating in clinical team meetings and ongoing learning cohorts to further your expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• A Master's degree or higher in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification and licensure in the applicable states.
• A commitment to providing neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered care.
• The ability to mentor and supervise RBTs and clinical fellows.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, center-based environment.
