What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-impact tech projects
  • Partner with hiring managers and delivery leads on priorities
  • Build strong pipelines and attract top engineers
  • Ensure an authentic, transparent candidate experience
  • Strengthen brand through engagement and storytelling

What You Bring

  • Proven success in IT recruitment in fast-paced or scaling settings
  • Excellent sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English; any extra language is a plus
  • Comfortable with modern recruitment tools and automation
  • Energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for people
