Job Description for LPN

1st Shift - Full Time

2nd & 3rd Shift - Part Time

8 Hour Shifts

108 Bed Facility

LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

LPN Supervises and evaluates the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
