Job Description

• Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in project planning, including reviewing blueprints and specifications.
• Support the team in resolving technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer - Ground Up Construction should have :

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
