We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 14 offices across the Pacific Northwest providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have partnered with wealth advisors and estate attorneys to create Coordinated Financial Care service for our clients. The coordinator position will be responsible for providing office support, while providing clerical tasks such as light bookkeeping duties of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for select clients and payroll. Confidentiality, efficient time management, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential qualifications for this position, as is the ability to communicate clearly.
Potential Duties
Manage department workflow by being the initial contact for department via email / phone
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable for select clients, this may include minimal travel
