Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap focused on onboarding and skill development
Design and evolve the onboarding experience for new Commercial team members
Lead training programs on core sales skills and design manager development programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven success in building enablement programs from scratch
Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the buyer's journey
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to drive results
