Job Type:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Pay range $23-$26 + monthly bonuses + comprehensive benefits package.

Ortho Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:

• Assist in treatment planning and coordination for orthodontic patients.
• Familiarity with financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club.
• Proficiency in electronic billing and strong billing knowledge.
• Ability to meet monthly production and collection goals.
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
• Experience with Dentical, PPO, and HMO billing processes.

Desired Profile/Background:

• Passion for working with children and creating positive dental experiences.
• Previous dental front office experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Bilingual in Spanish is desired.
• Availability to work 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.
