Purpose :

The Program Assistant will assist with office-based operations, participate in daily team meeting, serve as liaison between clients and staff, such as supporting office walk-ins and calls from clients / family supports, and directly support the ACT team by coordinating and monitoring team schedules. As part of the team, he or she shall assist the Supervisor in providing the quality assurance and oversight necessary to ensure adherence to the ACT fidelity model, as well as direct ACT services with productivity expectations. Minimum Qualifications :

• BA / BS required, preferably in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• 2 years minimum clinical experience working with adult clients with serious mental illness and substance use needs.
• A well-maintained personal vehicle for work related use, valid Illinois driver’s license, good driving record, and active vehicle insurance are required
