A company is looking for an Alternative Dispute Resolution Claim Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Review assigned claims and implement appropriate ADR strategies in compliance with relevant Florida statutes
Manage claims from initiation to resolution, including fact gathering, policy analysis, and payment issuance
Attend mediations and facilitate claim settlements using technical and negotiation skills
Required Qualifications
A four-year college degree is preferred
Prior insurance experience with an insurance carrier or agency
Minimum of 7 years' experience in P & C Insurance or equivalent education and experience
At least 3 years' experience in the appraisal process
Maintain all required licenses within 60 days of employment
