Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT) is seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and application expertise for our industry-leading charging and energy solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical liaison between ACT, our service dealer network, and end users-ensuring the highest levels of product performance, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary technical resource for ACT's charging products, systems, and , troubleshooting, and , email, and in-person , coordinating solutions with engineering and production , application analysis, and configuration recommendations to support customer , engineering, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer , resolutions, and field feedback to drive product , FAQs, and technical bulletins to enhance dealer and customer knowledge. Qualifications and Experience:3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment providing application engineering, customer service, or technical , mechanical, or battery charging systems ; able to convey technical information clearly to varied , organization, and teamwork , trade shows, and service centers (approx. 25%).
