The Medical Surgical RN Director reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and plays a key role within the senior nursing leadership team. A Nurse Manager reports up to the Medical Surgical RN Director, supporting daily operations across Med/Surg, ICU, and inpatient dialysis. The Medical Surgical RN Director will also collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary leaders, and hospital operations partners to keep care delivery aligned and efficient.

The Medical Surgical RN Director oversees a combined 29-bed Medical/Surgical unit and a 5-bed ICU, with an average daily census around 25 patients. This scope includes team members across RN, LPN, CNA, and telemetry roles, as well as a growing inpatient dialysis service.
