Responsibilities
Provide hands-on leadership to all FOH & BOH departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on retention and culture.
Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Oversee scheduling, labor control, and inventory management to achieve financial targets.
Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to uphold quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of General Manager or AGM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
Proven success in operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial management.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with training, coaching, and team development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
