[job_card.job_description]Perform validation for infotainment / telematic products by utilizing test benches and vehicles Responsible for executing basic Sanity, customer found issues, updated specification from customer and full test cases Analyze test results to determine if product meet specifications Ceate / maintain test cases per product specifications Utilize tracking system to report and track product defects Test bench setup / SW updates Field Test / Joint field test with OEM OEM Support (frequent visiting, fixing damaged OEM's HU by update tools, SW status drive) Maintain relationships with overseas counterparts to effectively share information and resolve issues Support to resolve technical issues Support and communicate with R&D team, not only in North America but other regions such as Korea Other duties as assigned Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent Ability to travel (Domestic & International) Ability to sit in / drive test vehicle for up to 3 hours at a time for testing Knowledge of : In-car infotainment systems technologies Specifications and ability to analyze test results Process on how to create test cases with the appropriate test case structure How to interface with the bug tracking system Vehicle communication protocols Ability to : Sit in / drive test vehicle for up to 3 hours at a time for testing Learn and adapt to new software and hardware tools and technologies Work across multiple disciplines (systems, embedded, server, wireless carriers, testing) Recognize and mitigate both technical and organizational challenges Travel up to 30% Desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Bilingual (English / Korean)
