Program Specialist

Job Title : Program Specialist

The Program Specialist supports the overall management of Managed Services Programs (MSP). The Program Specialist works closely with the program management team to maintain client and customer service satisfaction levels. Essential duties and responsibilities include :

• Providing support to the Program Management office
• Participating in the implementation process on all orders associated with the program management team for any assigned clients
• Developing sound working relationships with the appropriate customer sponsors at any assigned clients where SWA maintains a contractual relationship
• Assisting with growing and expanding the client relationships to increase revenue, sales, and market share
• Maintaining the service satisfaction levels of our clients and customers with appropriate level of collaboration from all program management team members and divisional resources
• Ensuring accurate and timely billing processes are followed by clients and suppliers
• Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met and appropriately documented
• Adhering to Sunburst Workforce Advisors' internal policies and procedures, state healthcare requirements, and all federal & state laws / regulations, including wage payment laws
• Understanding and adhering to the company's best practices and business ethics standards
• Developing and maintaining communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff within the organization
• Performing other duties as assigned / necessary
