Family Law Attorney

Are you an experienced Family Law Attorney looking for flexibility, balance, and meaningful work? Our established Denver law firm is seeking a motivated attorney to join our growing family law practice. This hybrid remote position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload while maintaining a manageable 130 billable hours per month and a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed).
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Maintain a monthly billable target of 130 hours.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license (required).
• 2–7 years of family law experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable in a hybrid environment (in-office several days/month as needed).
