A company is looking for an Account Director, Client Strategy (Remote US).
Key Responsibilities
Own strategic client relationships and serve as the primary point of accountability for enterprise clients
Drive retention and expansion through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
Architect integrated cross-channel strategies across various marketing disciplines
Required Qualifications
7-12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, particularly with B2B SaaS or technology clients
Proven track record of managing a $2M+ portfolio, including renewals and upsells
Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO / Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps
Experience working with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams
