Join our client's dynamic Integration Team as a Staff Analyst. Based in Renton or Everett, WA, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and promoting excellence within the organization. Your expertise will support key program meetings, data management, and executive communications.

Job Responsibilities :

• Enhance operational efficiency by managing logistics, planning, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate and schedule program meetings, manage action items, and maintain meeting minutes.
• Analyze and organize data to support organizational performance, budget, and workforce planning.
• Track and communicate plan execution status to leadership and project teams.
• Facilitate various meetings, including Business Plan Reviews and cross-functional sessions.
• Develop executive-level presentations and facilitate large meetings and events.
