A company is looking for a Temporary Data Privacy Counsel to provide legal expertise in TCPA compliance and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal guidance on TCPA and GDPR compliance matters

Advise stakeholders on data protection obligations and privacy risk mitigation

Lead and support privacy / security incident response, including investigation and remediation strategies

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership

5+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on privacy, data protection, and compliance

Deep familiarity with the TCPA, GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA)

Proven track record handling privacy / security incidents and regulatory response
