**Job Title: Business Development Manager**

**Location:** Leawood, KS - Hybrid

**Job Overview:**

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and establish connections.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications:**

- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in hospitality.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
