divh2Construction Management Inspector III - Fresno CA / h2pIn addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for performing continuous inspections of construction and renovations at assigned locations except for structural elements; reporting discrepancies and partners to resolve; reviewing the plans, specifications, schedule, and develops an inspection plan while ensuring compliance with Contract Documents and applicable codes; maintaining an on-going list of work to be corrected and / or completed by the General Contractor in accordance with approved plans and specifications; scheduling and coordinates regulatory agency inspections (e.g., AHJ field personnel, local building department personnel; identifying potential construction conflicts to Project Team and promotes equitable resolutions, documents construction; reviewing General Contractors request for information and assists the Project Team in determining if Regulatory Agencies review; facilitating Regulatory Agency field review of Instruction Bulletins and Change Orders; informing team members with observation and compliance updates; reviewing and verifying the accuracy of change orders and General Contractors monthly progress payment requests with the Project Team; and ensuring work aligns with the NIS Quality Assurance Governess Business Line including reporting criterion and as specified by local AHJ. / ppEssential Responsibilities : / pulliPursues effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members.
