Managing Director - Strategy Lead

A company is looking for a Managing Director - Global Capabilities Strategy (GCS) focused on Strategy & Demand Lead and Transition Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that enable global capability growth

Engage and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization

Develop and deliver executive-level insights, updates, and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Strategy, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Design, or related field)

Master's degree preferred (MBA or MS in Strategy / Transformation)

10+ years in strategy, transformation, portfolio management, transition management, global operations, or shared services in large, matrixed organizations

Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-level programs

Experience within or supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs), shared service models, or Centers of Excellence
