This Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling our driver staffing services to trucking companies, fleet operators, and logistics providers across the country. Your primary focus will be building client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and offering tailored driver placement solutions to keep their operations running smoothly.

This is a phone- and email-based sales role that requires strong communication, customer service, and consultative selling skills.

Requirements :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients to promote our truck driver staffing services.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and offer customized staffing solutions for CDL-A, CDL-B, and non-CDL driver roles.
• Manage a pipeline of accounts and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and operations , to ensure timely and accurate driver placements.
• Maintain detailed notes and tracking in Salesforce and meet or exceed KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals .
• Stay current on industry trends, driver market challenges, and DOT compliance regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy improvements.
